Terms of sale
This public offer sets the terms of buying bouquets on this website. By placing an order you accept it.

1. Parties
Seller — the flower boutique at 53 Shcherbaniuka St, Chernivtsi. Buyer — the person placing the order.
2. Subject
The seller provides a floral arrangement and, optionally, extra services: a card, delivery, a photo of the bouquet.
3. Orders
- An order is accepted after confirmation and payment.
- Flowers are seasonal: individual flowers may be replaced with ones of equal colour and value.
- Colours on screen may differ slightly.
4. Price & payment
Prices are in UAH. Delivery cost is confirmed by the manager.
5. Delivery
See “Delivery & payment”. We are not responsible for delays caused by air-raid alerts, a wrong address or the recipient’s absence.
6. Cancellation & refunds
- Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before arranging starts.
- Fresh flowers of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned under Ukrainian law.
- If the bouquet is damaged, tell us within 1 hour of receiving it with a photo — we will replace or refund it.
